Hello! I am Christine from Edwardsville, Illinois! For many years, I had made homemade salsa in my kitchen. Everyone loved it, so I started vending at open markets and craft shows. As it was gaining popularity, it became difficult to keep up with the demand, and also work a full time job. In 2019, with inspiration from family and friends, and at 50 years old, I took a chance to follow a dream. Today, my delicious salsa is now distributed across Illinois and Missouri, and to many local small businesses! I hope your family loves it as much as mine does!
